How long will it take for my order to ship? 
We will process your order within 1-2 days of receiving it. Shipping status depends on USPS, but usually takes between 5-8 business days. Need it sooner? Email us at guestservices1@schsonline.org to discuss your options. 

Can I pick up my order at the Museum?
Yes! Let us know that you prefer to pickup your order and we will have it ready for you. Orders not picked up within one week will be cancelled. 

How long will it take out-of-stock items to be available for purchase?
Depending on the vendor, the items may be available as soon as two weeks but could take up to a month. Contact us for more specific inquiries.  

How much is sales tax?
As a non-profit, we do not charge customers sales tax.

Can I change my order and/or payment method once my order has been placed?
To learn what options are available for you in terms of changes to your order or payment method, email guestservices1@schsonline.org. Please include your name, contact information, and order number.
